Privacy Policy

Your privacy is central to how MutualMatchup works. This policy explains what we collect, why, and how we protect it. In short: we collect only what we need to match you, we keep it confidential, and we never sell it.
1. What we collect
When you apply, we collect the information you choose to give us, which may include:
your name, age, city, and body type; your contact details (email and/or phone); what you are looking for and what you can offer; your preferences (such as age range and body type); for gentlemen, a private lifestyle support range; and for women, a link to a photo folder that you control.
We also automatically record basic technical data such as your IP address to help prevent spam and abuse.
2. How we use it
We use your information for one core purpose: to review your application, verify you, and find and arrange a suitable introduction. We also use your contact details to communicate with you about your application and matches.
3. Your contact details and sensitive information
Your email and phone number are seen only by your matchmaker and are used purely to reach you. They are never shown to other members, never displayed on a profile, and never shared or sold. You may provide a Google Voice or similar number if you prefer added privacy.
Sensitive items — a gentleman’s lifestyle support range and a woman’s photo folder link — are kept strictly internal. They are visible only to our matchmakers, never to other members, and never posted publicly. Because your photo folder is one you control, you can revoke our access to it at any time.
4. What we share with a match
When we arrange an introduction, we share only what is necessary for the two of you to meet — and we do so deliberately, not automatically. Your raw contact details and sensitive information are not handed out to other members. Your first meeting is a video introduction we coordinate.
5. We never sell your data
We do not sell, rent, or trade your personal information to anyone. We use a small number of trusted service providers (for example, our hosting and database providers) solely to operate the service, and only to the extent needed to do so.
6. Data retention
We keep your information for as long as your application or membership is active, and for a reasonable period afterward to operate our service and meet legal obligations. You can ask us to delete your information at any time (see “Your choices”).
7. Security
We take reasonable measures to protect your information, including access controls and encrypted connections. No system is perfectly secure, but we treat your data with the discretion this service is built on.
8. Your choices
You may request a copy of your information, ask us to correct it, or ask us to delete it. To do any of these, email us at matchmakers@mutualmatchup.com and we will help.
9. Age
Our service is strictly for adults. We do not knowingly collect information from anyone under 18, and we remove any such application if discovered.
