MutualMatchup is an introductions service. We help connect consenting adults who are seeking mutually beneficial relationships, by matching people who bring comparable and complementary value to a relationship and arranging an introduction between them.

Our role begins and ends with the introduction. We are a matchmaker — not a party to any relationship, arrangement, agreement, or interaction that may follow between members.

We are not a dating guarantee, an escort service, or a broker of any transaction. We do not facilitate, arrange, or permit any exchange of money for sexual services, and any attempt to use our service for that purpose is prohibited and will result in removal.

“Mutually beneficial” means both people are honest about what they are looking for and what they bring to a relationship — companionship, lifestyle, mentorship, partnership, or similar. It does not mean we broker, enforce, or take part in any arrangement between members.

This is important: we provide an introduction only. While we review applications and take reasonable steps to verify members before introducing them, we cannot and do not guarantee any member’s identity, character, intentions, background, marital status, financial means, health, or safety.

You are solely responsible for deciding who you communicate with, meet, or enter into any relationship with, and on what terms. You must do your own homework on anyone you are introduced to — verify what matters to you, take sensible precautions, meet in safe settings, and trust your own judgment. Any decision you make, and any relationship or arrangement you enter, is entirely your own.

Our verification and video introduction are intended to reduce obvious risks such as fake profiles and impersonation. They are not a background check, an endorsement, or a guarantee of safety.

You must be at least 18 years old (or the age of majority where you live, if higher) to apply or use the service. You must provide accurate information and use the service lawfully. We may decline or remove any applicant or member at our discretion.

You agree to be honest in your application, to treat other members and our matchmakers with respect, and not to use the service for any unlawful, harassing, fraudulent, or harmful purpose. You are responsible for your own conduct before, during, and after any introduction.

Membership for women is free. Gentlemen are charged only in connection with a successful match, as described during the application and matchmaking process. Specific fees are confirmed with you privately before any charge. There is no obligation to proceed.

The service is provided “as is.” To the fullest extent permitted by law, we make no warranties about the service or about any member, match, or outcome. We do not warrant that you will be matched, that any introduction will lead to a relationship, or that any member is suitable for you.

To the fullest extent permitted by law, MutualMatchup is not liable for the conduct of any member or for any loss, injury, or damage arising out of your interactions, communications, meetings, relationships, or arrangements with people you are introduced to. Because we provide introductions only, what happens after an introduction is between the members involved.

We may update these terms from time to time. Continued use of the service after an update means you accept the revised terms. The “effective” date above reflects the latest version.
